Yumness loaded: Pav Bhaji combined with Dosa

Pav Bhaji is one such amazing street food that can be combined with any other dish and create a whole new another dish. Here, I have combined Pav Bhaji with Dosa that is also one great combination that tastes amazing.

Ingredients:

*  1 cup dosa batter
*  2 teaspoon oil
*  1 finely chopped onion
*  1 finely chopped tomatoes
*  6 tablespoons boiled vegetables (Of your choice)
*  6 tablespoon tomato sauce (optional)
*  3 tablespoon coconut chutney
*  6 tablespoon chilli sauce
*  11/2 teaspoon Pav Bhaji masala
*  Salt as per the taste
*  Butter
*  Finely chopped coriander leaves

Making of Pav Bhaji Dosa:

1. To make Pav Bhaji Dosa, we need to prepare Dosa first. So, take a Dosa tawa and let it heat. Now, pour 1 teaspoon oil on it and then, wipe off the oil with a clean towel or onion.

2. Now, sprinkle some water on the tawa and again wipe off completely. Doing this will cool down the tawa, and you will get a crisp and golden colour to the dosa.

3. Now, pour the dosa batter on the tawa and spread it gently and evenly. Make sure that the flame is low. Now put chopped onions, capsicum, and tomatoes on the batter. Also, put other boiled vegetables on the batter.

4. After that, put tomato sauce, coconut chutney, and chilli sauce. Also, add Pav Bhaji masala and salt. Then put butter on it and mix all the ingredients gently.

5. Using a potato masher, mash all the ingredients and spread it evenly on the entire dosa. Let the bhaji cook for about a minute. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and some onions.

6. Once done, scrape the dosa from sides and fold it into the half. The yummy Pav Bhaji dosa is ready to serve with coconut chutney. Relish it with your friends, family, and everyone.
